What happens if it's raining?

Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather, in this case, we will reschedule our session.

What if we have to reschedule because of sickness or other circumstanses?

I am more than happy to reschedule if someone is sick/ unwell and also understand life happens. In this case, I allow for one reschedule. After this, a new deposit will beed to be paid to secure your new date. You need to advise me of this within 12 hours of our session. Failing to advise within this timeframe will result in your deposit being non-transferrable.

How much is required for our deposit?

A 30% deposit is required on booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

What happens to our deposit if we need to reschedule/ cancel?

The deposit paid on booking is non-refundable. Deposits are paid to secure your date, contribute towards administration costs and allow for loss of income in the event of cancelation or rescheduling. Deposits can only be transferred for a reschedule once. If you cancel the session, the deposit is not transferrable to your new session should you wish to re-book in the future.

How long does it take to receive our gallery?

Gallery turn around time is roughly 2 weeks from the date of the session. This is dependant on many variants and I will usually give some indication on turnaround time at the time of our session.

What do we wear?

On booking, you will receive access to my client styling guide. I am also here to help along the way. Often, clients will send me through their choices and options and I can advise what will work best!

Do you Travel?

Yes, some travel fees may apply. You can get in touch with me for a travel quote.

When do we have to pay the full invoice?

The remainder of the fee is required to be paid in full 5 days before the session. You will receive a reminder via email before the fee is due.
